About Me
I don’t just coach endurance. I live it.
I don’t just coach endurance. I live it.
I don’t just coach endurance. I live it.
For nearly 30 years, sport has been more than a hobby—it has been a lifelong pursuit of growth, discipline, and discovering what lies beyond perceived limits.
As an active endurance athlete, I continue to compete in running, cycling, and triathlon, including one of the world’s most demanding endurance challenges: the Ironman. Covering 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling, and a full 42.2 km marathon, often in temperatures exceeding 30°C (86°F), these races demand far more than physical fitness. They require resilience, patience, mental strength, strategic thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure for 10 to 12 hours without stopping.
Every race teaches me something new—not only about performance, but about myself. It reminds me that our limits are often much further away than we believe.
This philosophy shapes the way I coach.
I don’t simply create training plans based on theory. Every recommendation I give is built on a combination of nearly three decades of personal experience, continuous education, modern sports science, and real-world racing. I understand both the excitement of achieving a personal best and the frustration of injuries, setbacks, and difficult training days—because I continue to experience them myself.
My goal is not only to help athletes become faster, stronger, or more efficient. It is to help them enjoy the journey, train intelligently, avoid unnecessary injuries, and build confidence that lasts far beyond race day.
Whether you are preparing for your first 10K, your first marathon, or your first Ironman, I believe every athlete deserves coaching that is personal, evidence-based, and built around their individual goals and lifestyle.
Because I don’t just coach endurance. I live it.
